Tentative schedule:

Design Phase

Start: Upon approval and execution of agreements, and receipt of deposit
Preliminary one-day visit: Sat., Feb. 12 - Sun., Feb. 13
Finalization of Design: No later than Feb. 15, 2005. Proposed: April 21

 

Design not fully complete as of June 15. Proceeding while work is underway.

Plan Phase

Start: Upon approval of Design, and receipt of Phase payment and any billed out-of-pocket expenses, minus any offset for a one-day visit.
Finalization of Plan: No later than Mar. 15, 2005. Proposed: May 15

Execution Phase

Prep: Ceiling preparation now expected to be a separate phase. Proposed date: May 7-8.

 

Prep took place May-June. Mural painting started June 15.

 

Start: Upon approval of Plan, and receipt of Phase payment and any billed out-of-pocket expenses.
Execution of mural: A nine-day period such as: March 26-April 3, 2005 June 11 - June 19, 2005.
Finalization of Execution: No later than May July 1, 2005.
