These designs reflect direction from Karl in email of 3/14/05.

Note: I don't consider it a given that the skylight will include color, but I do think some way of pulling out the bird figure from the general abstract flame design would be desirable. Perhaps a very faint tint of color. Of course in the final work, the transparency will be more evident than in these designs, with sky and branches and the moon, etc., showing through.
